Hi! Since I had had somewhat hard time understanding and following your blog posts, and others' before we had discussion, your exaplanation about PCR was very helpful. Still, I cannot tell that I fully understood PCR but now I have better sense of it. Referring to what you had commented on my blog, yes, it was very interesting to know that our works, although they are in different field, have same goal which is finding out differences between species to understand better of those.
